The Role
You will be a part of a company of super-achievers who work together to bring forth the evolution of entertainment. The ideal candidate has prior blockchain, experience, excellent people skills, business acumen, and an exemplary work ethic. We want someone with experience and passion for web3, cryptocurrency, and NFTs. We would love someone with a deep passion for games, strong product management skills, and an impressive track record for working in a fast-paced, evolving, creative-minded environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain backend systems and APIs using .NET core or similar technologies
- Collaborate with front-end developers and game designers to integrate backend services with Unity-based games.
- Optimize and manage Redis databases for high performance and scalability.
- Implement and maintain game features, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
- Work with the team to explore and implement NFT and blockchain-related technologies.
- Troubleshoot and debug backend issues, ensuring smooth operation of all systems.
- Participate in code reviews, contribute to the development of best practices, and continuously improve the codebase.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in .NET C# and experience with backend development.
- Knowledge of Unity3Ds game engine.
- Solid understanding and hands-on experience with Redis.
- Knowledge of NFTs and blockchain technologies is a plus.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong English communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Nice-to-Have Skills and Qualifications
- Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
- Knowledge of multiplayer game development and networking concepts.
- Understanding of database design and optimization.
