Senior Environment Artist

We are looking for an experienced and multi-talented Senior Environment Artist with the ability to conceive, create and be a key part of the team in creating innovative experiences via artistic visuals for AAA titles. Proven experience in generating a diverse range of styles, technical expertise with current gen’ technology and / or illustration skills are certainly of benefit.

Requirements

• At least 4+ years of experience in console development with at least 2 shipped titles.
• Effective visual and verbal communication skills when directing internal or external teams or individuals.
• Excellent resource management and judgement .
• Comfortable liaising with and presenting to clients in an authoritative and professional manner.
• Someone who is self motivated, friendly, gregarious with attention to detail and a passion for delivering the best possible game experience.
• Excellent at managing deadlines & budgets, with excellent time management skills.
• 2-3 years experience developing and implementing solid art production pathways.
• The ability to find creative solutions when troubleshooting and assessing risks.
• A good understanding of cutting edge artistic techniques and tools and the ability to implement them into current practical practices.

• Some experience setting up LOD's

• Strong folio including examples of realistic modelling and environment
