Poste - Animateur ·trice Senior

En tant qu'Animateur ·trice Senior , vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec le Directeur de l'Animation pour produire des animations en temps réel de haute qualité, en établissant des normes et des critères de référence pour les animateur ·trice· s et les autres développeur ·euse· s de jeux. Vous collaborerez également avec des équipes pluridisciplinaires pour créer des prototypes et des animations de production qui guideront et définiront la vision artistique du jeu.

Reporting

L’Animateur ·trice Senior relèvera de la Producteur Senior.

Responsabilités et tâches

• Collaborer avec l'équipe pour établir le style d'animation et les exigences du projet.

• Créer des animations de haute qualité et être responsable de l'intégration, du test et du débogage des données d'animation.

• Assurer le mentorat, la rétroaction et l'assistance à l'équipe d'animation.

• Collaborer avec des équipes multidisciplinaires pour créer des prototypes.

• Contribuer activement à l'amélioration des outils d'animation et des pipelines.

Qualifications recherchées

• Expérience de travail sur des jeux AAA.

• Excellentes compétences en animation key framed et mocap.

• Bonne compréhension de la théorie et des techniques d'animation.

• Capacité à travailler de façon autonome et en collaboration dans un environnement d'équipe.

Qualifications souhaitées

• Compréhension approfondie du corps humain et de l'anatomie faciale.

• Expérience des schémas d'animation.

• Bonnes compétences en communication et capacité à illustrer des idées.

• Passion et ambition pour les jeux.

Position – Senior Animator

You are a talented Senior Animator who loves multiplayer, social and competitive games. You are passionate about creating games that connect players in new ways, and that grow and evolve with our communities. You are excited about the challenge of creating a new game IP from the ground up and you enjoy navigating the unknown. At Haven, we're currently working on Fairgame$, a thrilling action heist PvPvE game for the PlayStation 5 and PC. We’re searching for a Senior Level Designer to join our team who loves the kind of game we are making at Haven. As a Senior Animator you will work closely with the Animation Director to produce high quality real time animations, setting standards and benchmarks for animators and other game developers. You will also collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create prototypes and production animations that will guide and define the artistic vision of the game.

Reporting

The Senior Animator will report to a Senior Producer.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Collaborate with the team to establish the animation style and requirement for the project.

• Create high quality animations and responsible for integration, test & debug of animation data.

• Provide mentorship, feedback and assistance to the animation team.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create prototypes.

• Actively contribute to the improvements of the animation tools and pipelines.

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience working on AAA games.

• Excellent key framed and mocap animation skills.

• Good understanding of animation theory and techniques.

• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep understanding of the human body and facial anatomy.

• Experience with animation schematics.

• Good communication skills and the ability to illustrate ideas.

• Passion and ambition for games.
