What You'll Do
We are looking for someone to work with our expert Account Management team in a contract role, relied upon by a range of stakeholders for strategic and tactical digital media advice. You’ll help brands and their agencies execute content and media executions across a range of verticals, and be responsible for fulfillment of our agreements and customer happiness. You’ll work cooperatively with our sales, media planning, ad operations, and specialized product operations teams.
In this role, you will
- Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, which includes developing, maintaining and expanding positive relationships with existing agency / direct clients to generate repeat business
- Acting as the point of contact for all live media and content campaigns spanning digital advertising, influencer marketing, and in-game executions
- Ensure expertise, excellence, and consistency in all aspects of campaign delivery from start to finish, including project management of clients, designers, ad operations, reporting, legal and sales.
- Strategically counsel clients to develop effective and creative campaign strategies with a clear understanding of client objectives, KPIs, and targets
- Work closely with our ad operations team on campaign optimizations, relaying relevant information to customers in an easy-to-understand and actionable manner.
- Showcase and share expertise within the Account Management and global commercial teams
What we're looking for
- The right candidate will be detail-oriented, driven and organized
- Minimum of 5 years working in account management and developed expertise in handling client issues and driving customer success
- You’re a self-starter, you can clearly demonstrate your abilities to get things done without direct supervision and understand what it means to deliver excellence to clients
- You have an unstoppable ability to develop and maintain key relationships with clients - they should be your biggest fans!
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You think logically, even under pressure, and come up with innovative solutions to problems
