We are looking to grow our internal team of artists and creatives to help build amazing content and experiences.
We are seeking an experienced Senior 3D Artist to join our team. This strong communicator would work closely with Creative and Engineering to execute, guide and review the development of content, to prove and implement best in class standards and workflows – whatever it takes to push the beauty and quality of our content created in Unity to new levels!

Responsibilities
- Apply and integrate visual features to content production, whether that’s using cutting edge shaders, pioneering new asset creation techniques, or creating artistic prototypes and benchmarks.
- Help the team develop workflows and standards for efficient content generation as well as debugging issues with the content to ensure they are built to the defined standards and specifications.
- Ensuring the content fits within performance and memory budgets
- Liaise with the graphics team to test new visual features, both for the game engine and for tools/asset pipelines
Requirements
- Extensive experience in games development with high-level familiarity with every aspect of game development, and how different disciplines collaborate
- Ability to communicate effectively along with strong organizational abilities as well as excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision
- Solid understanding of traditional lighting techniques including experiences with various types of light models such as baked lighting, light probes, image based lighting, GI and lightmaps as well as Realistic and Non-realistic rendering
- Strong understanding of CG art fundamentals: models, textures, materials
- Strong artistic background and content development skills (can be modeling, texturing, lighting, or any other area where you have the experience, but a strong artistic eye is a necessity!)
Bonus Points
- VFX and particle simulation experience
- Knowledge of Renderman, Vray, Octane, Arnold or other rendering applications
- Familiar with Enlighten & Unity’s lighting environment
