Security Specialist Assistant – Apprenticeship (12 to 36 months) October 2024 (F/M/NB)

Job Description
As a Security Specialist Assistant, you will join the Security & Risk Management (SRM) team, consisting of specialists and architects in the field of security. By joining this team, you will have the opportunity to learn, contribute to, streamline, and secure Ubisoft's critical network processes and projects worldwide, under the guidance and support of network security architects and technical teams.
- Provide guidance and support in the areas of identity and access management, network, and infrastructure/architecture;
- Collaborate with Ubisoft teams to understand their challenges and provide support on security topics;
- Address, prioritize, assign, and act on security issues within Ubisoft or SRM tickets requiring level 2 and 3 security support for highly critical Ubisoft projects.
- Support identified projects in the SRM roadmap in collaboration with Business and IT teams.
- Understand and help disseminate the SRM strategy across all critical projects and IT systems at Ubisoft.
- Analyze existing processes and projects to identify potential security enhancements.
- Assist in training and raising awareness among users and co-developers on best practices in identity and access security, network, and infrastructure/architecture.
- Work with security engineering teams to enhance Ubisoft's security through architectural, material, operational, and documentation contributions.Haut du formulaire
- Maintenance of the security framework:
- Collect and update information (documentation, discussions, etc.) to understand how technical teams address their security challenges;
- Support the definition of computer security policies, regulations, processes, and best practices in the areas of identity and access management, network, and infrastructure/architecture;
- Assist in providing security recommendations.

Qualifications
- You are enrolled in or pursuing higher education with a specialization in Security, Networks & Infrastructures or equivalent;
- You possess general knowledge in computer science, Cloud computing, and best practices in the field of security;
- You are eager to interact with stakeholders from various functions and to communicate technical and business concepts to diverse audiences;
- You have excellent organizational skills;
- You demonstrate analytical thinking and enjoy solving problems;
- French is a plus.
