Job Description
Ubisoft occupies 5 buildings in the Paris region, representing more than 50,000 m2. Within Ubisoft's International Headquarters, you will join the Workplace team, and more specifically, the Real Estate Operations department.
Reporting to the Head of Operations France, your missions will be to develop, strengthen and implement the company's security policy:
- Audit Ubisoft's assets in the Ile-de-France region as well as our buildings throughout France to determine the resilience of our security systems;
- Elaborate the management processes of the internal access control database and elaborate the processes of its operation from the source databases;
- Regularly audit the access control database to ensure it is functioning properly and to remove irregularities;
- Train employees in the process of creating access badges and follow up on them;
- Manage the various access rules according to the needs of internal customers;
- Monitor the status of security devices on a daily basis;
- Propose, follow and update a Security Plan varying according to a Business Continuity Plan in collaboration with the physical security teams based in Canada;
- Collaborate on a daily basis with the physical security division based in Montreal;
- Be a driving force behind the operation of our equipment and think of innovative solutions;
- Perform benchmarks on various security solutions that can contribute to strengthening the resilience level of our existing sites;
- Assist the security team in the implementation of your project recommendations;
- Participate in the audit of the security processes of the service providers established by the security team (in particular on the organization and the instructions of the guarding service provider).
Qualifications
To succeed in this position, you have several solid experiences as a Security Manager within an international company that allow you to have a good understanding and global vision of our security issues.

- You are able to establish safety audits and management processes for establishments of over 50,000 m2 ;
- You are familiar with the Genetec management tool;
- You are known for your rigor, your organization and your curiosity: you like to understand what you do and why you do it;
- Autonomous, pleasant and adaptable, you are not afraid to join a challenging and changing environment;
- You have a very good level of English in order to be able to interact daily with various teams and non-French speakers;
- You master the Autocad software ? you score a bonus point!
