Job Overview: Headquartered in New York City, Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. is a leading developer, publisher and marketer of interactive entertainment for consumers around the globe. We are seeking highly motivated candidates looking for the unique opportunity to join a dynamic and energetic sales and marketing department working on some of the most critically acclaimed and successful video games in the industry.
The Sales and Marketing analyst will be responsible for Sales planning and analytical support.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for providing analyses and insights to support the Take-Two Sales and Channel Marketing team. This Sales and Marketing Analyst is passionate about using data to drive team efficiency and effectiveness, resulting in optimum customer engagement and impact. This role is responsible for supporting the successful implementation of the sales plan for the Americas. Additional responsibilities include, but not limited to :

• Develop and maintain a sound knowledge of the Americas and International video game markets and trends
• Communicate marketing/pricing issues and opportunities to maximize growth
• Help manage the forecasting process, and support marketing budget allocation and accrual tracking
• Collect, compile and analyze product sales data to track performance against forecast
• Determine patterns and trends to help predict future sales performance and to identify most effective strategies and tactics
• Assist with sales finance reconciliation
• Assist with ad-hoc requests for data and analyses

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 1-3 years of experience in sales planning, Consumer marketing, data analysis or related field
• BA/BS degree; preferably in business, statistics, math or an applied quantitative field
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders
• Exceptional written and verbal presentation skills
• Ability to translate and share findings with key stakeholders
• Video game or related entertainment industry experience a plus

Extensive Planning and Organizational Skills:
• Sets clear priorities to optimally complete work tasks, allocating resources efficiently
• Able to work to designated deadlines and communicates progress when necessary
• A motivated self-starter with a desire to contribute and help shape the business
• The ideal candidate will be extremely organized and take a logical and methodical approach to problem solving
• Analytical, ability to interpret numbers, projections and business trends
• Ability to assess trade promotion effectiveness
• Ensure timely responses to all requests and questions and following up to make sure tasks have been successfully completed
• Provide backup to all planners, in serving as key liaison between sales team, marketing departments, and retail partners
• Help maintain work processes, facilitate communication, and manage expectations of all parties

Strong Analytical Skills:
• Versatile and adept with basic database and analytics tools, such as Tableau. Knowledge of database language skills, like SQL, and understanding of data structures and design is a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (Formulas, Macros, Pivot Tables, V Lookups) and Power Point
• Advanced Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, SUMIF, Macros)
• Ability to integrate a multitude of data sources to Excel modeling and forecasting
