Sales Operations Coordinator

Our growing and fast-paced company is seeking to hire a Sales Operations Coordinator who will oversee the customer order intake process for over 30 International retail and distribution customers. This role is critical to the success of Exploding Kittens and will play an integral role in our company’s objective of being the #1 Party Game brand customers think of.

To be a successful Sales Operations Coordinator, you will need to be comfortable working in a fast paced environment and meet high levels of internal and external client service. Prior experience processing customer orders from major retailers is highly desired, and experience working in an ERP/Purchasing system is required.

HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE:

• Manage purchase order intake process from >30 International customer accounts
• Review EDI purchase orders and route them for fulfillment with our Logistics team
• Review non-EDI (manual) purchase orders and create sales orders in Brightpearl ERP system to route to our Logistics team
• Perform needed (customer) account creation and maintenance in Brightpearl ERP system to ensure seamless order flow and on time fulfillment
• Act as primary liaison between the International Sales team and IT, Logistics and Accounting to ensure the ERP (Brightpearl) system is performing optimally for both Account and Exploding Kittens needs
• Collaborate with members of the Sales and Logistics team to proactively address and communicate any problems regarding order intake such as pricing and currency errors, item configuration issues, or shipping location accuracy
• Generate PO reports and summaries (scheduled and ad hoc) for internal teams and external sales representatives

JOB REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS

• 2+ years experience handling customer POs in a related field
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Experience working in an ERP system
• Competency in GSuite Applications and MSOffice
• In-depth understanding of the sales administration process
• Strong ability to identify opportunities and transform them into results
• Must be able to work in The Netherlands
