Founded in 2020, Gunzilla Games is a fresh, independent AAA developer working on its Battle Royale 2.0 Off The Grid in three metropolitan locations: Frankfurt, Germany (HQ); Los Angeles, USA; and Kyiv, Ukraine. ABOUT THE JOB
Gunzilla Games is looking for an extremely motivated, self-starter Sales Manager to grow, develop and optimize sales of Gunzilla’s products.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generate leads through networks and industry knowledge
- Execute content lead campaigns
- Look after account management and growth
- Develop Strategy to achieve company goals & provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts.
- Implement promotion plans and strategies based on sales and market data analysis
- Exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets based on the account list.
- Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
- Generate insightful reports that show the health and progress of the business.
- Develop critical metrics and conduct performance analysis for key content and initiatives
- Lead product release and lifecycle planning with internal departments and relevant Partners.
- Communicate business, product, new initiatives and policy updates to relevant Partners & internal team.
- Working directly with advertisers across the Gaming and Entertainment categories - prospecting new advertisers while finding ways to grow relationships with current advertisers & Partners.
- Attend client meetings, trade shows, etc.
- Present customer experience services
- Facilitate data analysis requests internally and externally.
- Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years experience in a sales manager role in the Games, Gaming or related Entertainment industry
- Proven track record of researching and opening up new Markets
- Well-developed communication skills with the ability to motivate and drive creativity amongst internal teams.
- Able to create and deliver presentations
- Strong knowledge of the games industry
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding KPI’s & targets
- Passionate about gaming and experience with CRM tools
