JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as the single point of contact, responsible for all internal customer management related activities. This includes management of order fulfillment and return processing, contract review and compliance, performance auditing and reporting.
- Manage the complete order and return cycles for an assigned customer or base of customers through various order sources: EDI, B2B, and manual entry ensuring fulfillment of orders within a specified shipping window.
- Coordinate varied order management processes and communicate related information to external and internal business partners. Specific information could include product availability, allocations and forecasts; release dates and delivery schedules; order and return sales.
- Manage and resolve customer related deductions. Specific tasks include deduction reporting, reconciliation processing, preparation and tracking of customer billbacks, identification of any related credit risks.
- Support in the management and tracking of account specific sales programs and promotions. Audit, process, and reconcile customer markdowns, price protections, returns and advertising claims.
- Manage the compilation, communication, and review of all customer specific information including: contracts, vendor compliance, profiles, agreements, etc.
- Generate necessary analysis and reporting to management, standardize the sales reporting system, and proceduralize the collection and storage of data, while maintaining data integrity.
- Active participation and support of Customer Focus Team initiatives.
- Assist in the collection of information and implementation of any future customer management systems or process enhancements.
- Assist in various special projects.
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1-2 years of relevant software industry customer service experience required.
- Bachelor’s degree required. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate looking to get his/her foot in the door.
- Excellent organization and prioritization skills and flexibility with a wide variety of constantly changing tasks.
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to follow through and pay attention to details.
- Self-motivated worker and a team player with the ability to work successfully with minimum supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze service related issues and propose solutions.
- Proficient knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
- Strong JDE software experience requested.
