Our HR Business Partner will be responsible for a wide range of HR activities and will be actively involved in a range of strategic and conceptual projects. This role acts as a consultant to our line managers while also providing outstanding service to our employees.

Responsibilities

• Support managers and employees of defined areas to improve work relationships and increase productivity
• Advise managers and employees on labor law and social security
• Drive personnel measures in collaboration with the works council
• Implementation and organization of training and development measures
• Develop and optimize HR processes in coordination with the management team
• Prepare statistics and reports, evaluate KPIs and act on them

Requirements

• University degree in the fields of Human Resources, Business Administration, Law or comparable qualification
• 3+ years’ work experience in the field of HR Management
• Sound knowledge of employment law issues as well as all applicable pay, benefits, health, and safety laws and regulations
• Experience with the implementation of HR tools
• Experience with being accountable for a large number of employees (100+) is a plus
• Self-assured, with excellent communication skills
• Flexible, with excellent organizational skills
• Empathetic team player with great interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• A responsible and structured approach to work and tasks
• Passion for Games
• Fluent in written and spoken English and German
