Revenue Assurance and Project Improvement Analyst

Summary
Reporting to the Director of Accounts Receivable, you will be responsible for the investigation and assessment of actual or potential revenue data and customer billing errors. You will drive timely and accurate recommended changes through a change management process to improve upstream and
downstream processes to ensure sustainable prevention of errors.
The role is part of Global Finance Services and will drive a data-led mindset across the Accounts Receivable team to drive accurate, efficient, and scalable services in this key customer-focused team. You will work collaboratively across many teams, focusing on improving end-to-end data integrity as well as resolving live data challenges, especially those that have an impact on the company’s ability to report on revenue, gaming assets, and/or invoice our customers accurately. The position will also assist with continuous
improvement initiatives across the team with a focus on data and reporting to facilitate informed decision-making across the team.

Revenue Assurance
- Investigate, analyze, and identify root causes for actual and potential data discrepancies that impact Aristocrat’s gaming revenue and install base, for the end-to-end Accounts Receivable processes.
- Troubleshoots live data issues
- Collaborates with multiple stakeholders as part of revenue assurance investigation analysis.
- Drives implementation of changes through the change management process.
Project Improvement
- Leads continuous improvement initiatives, with the primary focus being the revenue and gaming install base processes, including identifying business requirements for enhancements and working with stakeholders (including IT) to achieve change, and testing solutions.
- Manages large customer projects and disputes on behalf of the Accounts Receivable Team: including the development of reconciliation process, customer communication, and project prioritization.
- Works with Accounts Receivable teams to support data quality improvements for our machine install base.
- In-depth understanding of the system functionality in driving system enhancements to meet business requirements.
- Supports and helps identify short-term workarounds implementations whilst longer-term solutions are being developed.
- Owns the maintenance of customer master data records to support improvement of data quality and process improvement as required.
- Assists in the development of reporting for key data insights/performance metrics including operational reports and month-end dashboards for the Accounts Receivable team.
- Increases utilization of existing functionality team tools to drive efficiencies.
- Other adhoc continuous improvement projects across the team from time to time

- Works collaboratively across other teams to achieve team targets and goals.

- Participate in broader Group-wide functions and projects.
- Maintains strong stakeholder relationships with the General Ledger Team, the Accounts Receivable Team, the Revenue Assurance Team, and IT support teams
Governance
- Supports maintenance of current Service Catalogues, Process documentation and, Work Instructions as changes and enhancements are made to the process.
- Involved in user acceptance testing

What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Data science o,r another related field is preferred. Other related experience may be considered in lieu of formal education requirements.
- Minimum 5 years in a similar role across any industry (preferably in a gaming or manufacturing industry).
- In-depth understanding of the end-to-end Billing and Collections process • Strong investigative skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Data forensic skills
- Cross-collaboration with senior stakeholders across the organization
- Dispute handling and skills to engage key and difficult stakeholders
- Adaptable to prioritize and schedule competing requirements to deliver successful outcomes
- Able to demonstrably motivate a team
- Technology savvy with an understanding of an ERP system (preferably MS Dynamics suite).
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present, write, and influence all levels of staff and management.
- Detailed orientated and can meet tight deadlines.
- Detailed understanding of the importance of a robust control environment

Travel Expectations
Pay Range
$68,985-$128,115
Pay Rate Type: Salary
Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
