The Role

The Strategic Advisory (SA) department empowers Rioters to make better decisions by helping them structure problems, and source and use data in the process. We're an interdisciplinary group of analysts, consultants, strategists and researchers from all sorts of backgrounds who join together to represent and advocate for players around the world, as well as Rioters in other parts of the organization who may be customers. We're a group united by our love of delivering value, science, and helping others succeed.

As a Researcher II, you will support the Game Operations Ideation team, a dedicated team that focuses on turning ideation to value creation in Centralized Game Operations space. You will emphasize your organizational research and user research skill set -- including surveys, interviews, and focus group studies -- to help develop and formalize the ideation-to-value-creation methodology for discovering Riot’s game operations improvement opportunities, your findings and insights will directly contribute to making Riot the best place to make games.

You will report to the Insights Manager on Riot Game Operations.
