Research Specialist / Специалист по исследованиям

Wargaming Minsk is looking to hire a Research Specialist to join the User Research Team, conducting online surveys among Wargaming product players and analyzing their opinion along with their in-game behavioral data.

Thanks to cutting-edge data collection and processing infrastructure, we can amass information about players, conduct unique research and influence the development of Wargaming titles all over the world.

In this role, you will conduct online surveys, from the preparation stage through to processing results and preparing reports. In your work, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with our international Data Warehouse Team and a network of business intelligence analysts.

What will you do?

• Prepare working documents for research
• Design and test online survey forms
• Check survey data and perform the primary processing of the results
• Prepare report templates based on the research results and enter the data obtained into the reports
• Coordinate the work of the units involved in the research (survey form localization, uploading statistical data, etc.)
• Visualize data

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in sociology
• Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods
• Knowledge of data collection and processing method fundamentals (including survey methods)
• Knowledge of statistical analysis methods
• Grasp of statistical data processing products (SPSS)
• Upper-intermediate or higher level of English
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work full time (no less than 8 hours per day)
• Ready to complete a test task
