We’re seeking a driven, detail-oriented, research scheduler that is comfortable in a collaborative, fast-moving, innovative environment.
For this position, we are looking for individuals who are able to work approximately six hours per week (up to about nine hours per week) remotely, including occasional evening hours.
Responsibilities
- Answering phones and emails, schedules and confirms appointments, inputs participants’ data into company systemsExperience with communication and video conferencing tools (specifically Slack and Zoom)
- Organizes appointments by reading and routing correspondence, collecting customer information and signed forms
- Completes requests by greeting customers as needed on the telephone or email, answering or referring inquiries
- Maintains participants’ privacy and protects operations by keeping information confidential
- Sends out invitations to participants, filters through responses based on availability and other constraints
- Prepares addresses for mailing and creates package tracking spreadsheets as needed, combines information across multiple files and applications
- Identifies and carries out different opportunities for participant recruitment across online networking or social sites and related email lists
The Ideal Candidate Has
- Experience with scheduling and administrative skills
- Professionalism, confidentiality, strong work ethic, detail-oriented
- Excels at organization, written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience with Google suite of products (Gmail, calendar, spreadsheets, forms, docs)
- Experience with scheduling across time zones in US
- Experience with communication and video conferencing tools (specifically Slack and Zoom)
Education and Experience Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- University/college degree is an asset
- Previous administrative experience preferred
- Understanding of parents of children three through eight years a plus
