About the Position
The Twitch RVP of Sales in Los Angeles will be a crucial member of our growing national global sales team that provides best in class advertising solutions to both advertisers and media agencies. This position will report directly into the US Head of Sales.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new and strengthening existing relationships with senior marketing leaders across gaming, entertainment, automotive industries as well as top-level executives at media agencies. A key challenge will be educating the Los Angeles market on the importance of the Twitch, our platform and our audience for marketers.
Creating a culture of customer service and innovation throughout the team, this individual will be passionate about the live-streaming industry, building communities and the effect that Twitch has had on them in a very short period of time.

Responsibilities
- Represent Twitch with a high level of integrity and knowledge and act as a trusted advisor for our clients and agencies
- Manage existing and build new relationships with clients and agencies across endemic and non-endemic verticals
- Lead and motivate a team of direct sellers to achieve individual and team revenue goals and professional growth
- Work closely with key stakeholders across the business to identify and implement sales strategies and products
- Work collaboratively cross-functionally and globally to achieve mutual goals
- Responsible for building and maintaining territory ad revenue and exceeding goals through creative and strategic selling
- Work closely with the US Head of Sales and Head of Strategic Planning to best align market strategy for given geography
Requirements
- 10+ years in digital media & managing sales teams
- A deep understanding of the digital media market across Los Angeles and the Southwest
- Strong & senior relationships at media buying agencies and directly with marketers
- Thorough understanding of both brand, video and programmatic advertising
