Regional Marketing Director

As the Director, Regional Marketing, you will use your planning, organization, execution and measurements skills to help the company profitably grow across six (6) key markets around the world (EU, MEA, CIS, APAC, China, and the Americas)
We are looking for a trustworthy, self-driven, motivated and accountable individual to support the marketing efforts of the Regional Marketing team while collaborating and integrating within the global strategy.
Working collaboratively with business partners across Global Marketing, Product Marketing, Integrated Marketing, Experiential Marketing, Public Relations, Product Management, Analytics, Creative, HR and external agencies, you will develop and manage the regional and local strategies in each market.
You will take ownership of campaigns, with direct supervision from the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO,) and work alongside the Experiential, Integrated Marketing, Digital, Creative, Public Relations and Product Marketing teams in a group effort to execute the larger B2B Xsolla Marketing strategy.
This role is based in the Xsolla Global Headquarters Los Angeles, California office.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work within the global marketing organization to deliver, execute and measure localized B2B marketing campaigns and initiatives aimed at acquiring new gaming leads and partners in each of the six (6) markets
- Deliver campaigns and initiatives that will help the regional team(s) to meet and exceed the annual KPIs and pre-defined performance metrics for the company
- Evaluate and provide strategic and insightful recommendations on how to improve, change or discontinue campaigns, initiatives and projects
- Scale the Xsolla solutions in key countries and local markets within each region
- Create, manage, execute, measure and report on marketing projects and initiatives across the responsible B2B, B2C and Funding products, solutions and services
- Manage up to six (6) direct reports who are responsible for delivering marketing campaigns, content programs, regional online and in-real life events, public relations opportunities, speaking sessions, digital activations, and more in their dedicated market
- Manage the day-to-day interaction of external partners on behalf of the company within your region, including but not limited to: digital media planning agency, public relations contracted agency, and trade show production companies
- Contribute to the efficiency of the marketing team by sharing new ideas and approaches for meeting our marketing objectives
REQUIREMENTS
- 5-10+ years professional experience - agency, brand, technology, or related marketing background
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- Demonstrated experience in creating and developing marketing campaigns for B2B and B2C products and solutions
- Experience working with or for digital media agencies, trade show producers, and public relations agencies
- Travel - International and Domestic - Up to 40%
PREFERRED
- Strong data analysis and measurement skills
- Experience working with/within global companies
- 2-3 years of experience and knowledge of working in the video game development and publishing industry
