Your Mission
The Mobile team is seeking a Regional Lead to develop and execute a strategy to propel Call of Duty: Mobile to new heights. As the Regional Lead, you will oversee a local team supporting marketing, partnerships, social, and esports efforts. You will understand where the local market is headed and the needs of our customers to focus our products and marketing on the areas of greatest impact. You will collaborate with global teams to align on strategic priorities and report progress against articulated goals.
Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:
- Develop and manage execution of overarching go to market strategy
- Recruit and build a team driving local marketing, brand management, social campaigns, and esports initiatives
- Establish, monitor, and report key performance indicators to global leadership teams on strategy’s effectiveness
- Work with key stakeholders across global marketing and leadership teams to align on regional objectives and requirements
- Conduct competitive analysis and research, staying up to date on the competitive landscape
- Build new areas of business with a tolerance for ambiguity and a predisposition towards actions
Player Profile
Minimum Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in go to market strategy, operations, and product marketing
- Experience in developing, managing, and executing go to market and marketing strategy, including user acquisition campaigns and strategic partnerships
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish, with capacity for highly structured and rigorous quantitative and qualitative analysis
- Proven experience in building and leading teams
- Strong analytical mindset, using data to substantiate your business cases and strategic conclusions
- Strong interpersonal skills at all levels and demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across different functions, geographies. and business units
- Ability to work in self-directed, fast-paced, results-oriented work environments
- High degree of entrepreneurial spirit
- Undergraduate degree from an accredited institution

- Master’s degree in a related field (e.g., marketing, business, etc.)
