Regional Deployment and Communications Specialist (9 months FTC)

Deployment Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Business Deployment lead on all responsibilities.
- Coordinate and manage regional change activities.
- Collect change impacts and contribute to the change impact assessment.
- Support localisation of Globally designed change materials.
- Prepare for business readiness with the Change Network.
- Run Change Network activities and engagements.
- Key contact between Change Lead and regional change resources.
- Work closely with Regional Comms support to distribute communications.
Comms and Learning Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Communication lead on all responsibilities.
- Organise local comms & engagement events, issue communications shared by the Change Lead, facilitate Change Champion meetings.
- Manage learning material reviews and localisations of global content according to agreed plan.
- Manage proposed learning schedule (invitations, attendance, evaluations, reschedules).
- Support Key Users in all aspects of preparation for training delivery.
- Manage setup of required learning facilities and hardware.
- Coordinates and schedules post Go-Live Q&A sessions.
- Work closely with Regional deployment specialist to distribute communications.
Requirements
Skills and behaviours:
- Experience in project environments.
- Able to communicate succinctly.
- Enthusiastic and positive about the Programme and the changes it will bring.
- Understands end to end processes in current business and different cultures / environments.
- Good communication skills and relationships with co-workers.
- Proactive individual that can work independently.
- Workday implementation and change experience encouraged, but not required.
