Recruitment Coordinator

Are you extremely organized, strategic, and creative? Are you able to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment? Unity is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join our European Recruitment team in Copenhagen.

This will be a fixed-term contract, with the possibility of extension.

Reporting to the EMEA Recruiting Operations Lead, you will partner with our recruiters and hiring managers in successfully organizing and coordinating high-volume interview activity, processing offers, as well as assisting the Recruitment Operations team with projects around employer branding, process improvement and more.

A Recruitment Coordinator on our team is an integral partner in recruiting amazing talent to Unity; you keep the train on the track!

This role takes someone who is an organizational guru, works effectively with internal and external clients and candidates, possesses great communication skills, places a premium on customer service, and has the ability to shift gears at a moment’s notice.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating phone interviews, onsite and video interviews for candidates with speed and efficiency in close cooperation with the recruiter
• Coordinating candidate travel and expenses process
• Maintaining recruitment applicant tracking system ensuring information is up-to-date
• Creating and sending employment contracts
• Communicating professionally and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times both internally and externally with our candidates
• Delivering a great recruiting experience for all candidates
• Partnering with recruiters, coordinators, HR, and finance partners on cross-functional teams to manage the req opening and closing process

Requirements

• Previous experience in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple tasks
• Strong organizational skills
• Proficient with Google for work (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets)
• Strong English skills, both speaking and writing

Bonus points

• Recruiting/HR Coordination Experience
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse)
• Knowledge of HR Management Systems (Workday)
• Passion for data and reporting (in Excel, Data Studio, etc.)
