As a Recruiting Coordinator for Supernatural, you will be our scheduling aficionado! You will be working with the Design, Marketing, Engineering, QA, CX, Product, Content, Business Operations, and People Operations teams supporting recruitment in their hiring goals. You have a thorough knowledge of HR best practices and have innovative ideas around both candidate and hiring manager experience. You have strong communication, impeccable writing skills, and are incredibly organized. Ultimately, you will manage the entire scheduling process for a fast-growing tech startup and ensure we always meet our staffing requirements.

What you’ll do:

• Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates & internal employees.
• Coordinate different types of interviews (e.g., structured, competency-based, and behavioral) with people across all departments.
• Work alongside the recruiting team to ensure a well run candidate experience.
• Maintain a complete record of interviews and new hires in Greenhouse.
• Source passive candidates.
• Search resume databases for ideal candidates.
• Screen and recruit candidates as needed.
• Track candidate experience via Glassdoor and other social media channels.
• Contribute to and improve on the recruiting playbook including streamlining and documenting the recruiting process and improving Greenhouse data integrity.
• Ad-hoc recruiting projects including and not limited to employer branding and tracking metrics.

What you’ll need to be successful:

• Proven work experience as a Recruiting Coordinator, HR coordinator, or equivalent background.
• Hands-on experience with scheduling a variety of interviews and panels, including scheduling for executive leadership.
• Creative point of view around sourcing passive candidates.
• Ability to conduct different types of interviews with continually changing schedules.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
• Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadline.
• Comfortable multitasking, strong organizational skills and a high attention to detail.
• Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems, and candidate management systems.

Bonus points for:

• Familiarity with Greenhouse and LinkedIn.
• Familiarity with Airtable.
• Developed a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Sourced candidates by using databases, LinkedIn and other social networking platforms.
• Evaluated and screened resumes and cover letters.
