Recruiting Coordinator

What we are looking for:
Escape Velocity is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join our team, of which collaborates remotely from around the world. Your mission will be to work within the Recruiting Team, to help us with the daily organisational tasks that keep our recruiting function running like clockwork.
Requirements
What we will do together:
- Assist Recruiting Department with administration of processes and procedures daily. Sending out NDA’s etc.
- Schedule video interviews globally, using our ‘Recruiting Applicant Tracking System’ (ATS) & MS Outlook with candidates and Interviewers.
- Be an embedded part of the recruiting process from initial conversations to onboarding and 'first day'
- Update candidate records and job postings in recruiting ATS
- Take ownership of onboarding processes up to 'first day'
- Run weekly recruiting reports on hiring activity
- Be a strategic part of and take ownership of Recruiting projects such as, conferences, new starter surveys, hiring manager surveys, team ‘meet ups’
- Demonstrate a high level of professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues.
- Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.
What you will bring:
- Related Coordination experience, or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Competent computer and internet user. Strong skills with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word and Excel
- Excellent written and oral communication skill
- Strong organisational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Acute attention to detail, including strong spelling and grammar skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to deal effectively with diverse individuals and cultures at all organizational levels.
- Customer centric approach, putting candidates and Hiring Managers first.
- Prior work experience in a Recruiting or HR organization would be of great benefit.
- Prior experience with Applicant Tracking Systems/databases such as Workable is a plus.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to multi-task, manage priorities, & manage workflow.
