Recruiting Coordinator - Contractor (Temporary 6 months)

What you'll do

• Create an exceptional experience for all candidates throughout the interview process;
• Partner with Hiring Managers and Recruiters,to support the Hiring Process;
• Schedule and coordinate with candidate for both Zoom & in-person interviews;
• Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency;
• Assist in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed;
• Guarantee the correct usage and data input in our recruiting system, and be a reference for it!

What you'll need

• 1+ years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or a similar position
• Experience with an Applicant Tracker system (ATS) such as Greenhouse is a plus;
• Strong oral and written communication skills;
• Super customer focus, attention to detail and organization skills;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment;
• Experience working with global offices and teams;

This is a 6 months contractor.
