About the Position

Join our growing recruiting team! As a recruiting coordinator at Twitch, you will manage all aspects of coordination/logistics including; candidate pipeline status, ensuring positive candidate experience throughout the interview process, scheduling, and more! This role is a 9 months contract that will report into the Recruiting Coordinator Manager.

You Will:

• Manage an effective coordination process for candidates and hiring managers to ensure scaling of our recruiting processes
• Schedule for the following regions: EMEA, LATAM and US East Coast
• Ensure the candidates and hiring teams have an amazing interview experience
• Communicate professionally in all interactions with candidates and interviewing teams including Executives
• Manage recruiting data transactions
• Work on other side projects related to Recruiting

You Have:

• Must have 1+ years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or in a coordinator role
• Experience with scheduling for international time zones
• You've had experience in an administrative role in the past
• Experience with Google Apps and applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse
• Experience maintaining HR or ATS systems
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university

Bonus Points

• Experience working in a startup or fast paced environment
• You are a whiz with organization and like building efficient processes for other people to use
• Experience scheduling Executives or scheduling for Executive roles
• You embrace change with a great attitude and feel comfortable with ambiguity

Contract Length: 9 months

The pay range for this position in Colorado and Connecticut is $25 -33 hourly; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience . This information is provided per the Colorado Equal Pay Act and CT House Bill Number 6380. Base pay information is based on market location.
