Recruiter

ZeniMax Media is looking for an experienced Recruiter with a passion for video games to join our Talent Acquisition team located in Rockville, MD. This position will focus on sourcing top candidates for open positions at the corporate and game studio level. You will be conducting searches for candidates with skills in video game art, design, and engineering -- as well such as corporate functions such as accounting, sales and marketing among others.

Responsibilities:

• Source and qualify candidates for open positions throughout the company
• Build and manage relationships with candidates and hiring managers to ensure we are providing a positive candidate experience, while building candidate pipelines that support team hiring goals
• Present qualified candidates to the HR team and hiring managers
• Maintain a presence on social media for recruiting communication
• Keep up to date with industry trends as they relate to recruiting
• Represent the company at recruiting events
• Engage passive candidates to present and accept career opportunities at ZeniMax Media

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of recruiting experience as an in-house or agency recruiter – with technical recruiting experience preferred
• Excellent research and sourcing skills to find and connect with candidates
• The ability to manage through change and work independently
• Clear communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple projects across multiple disciplines in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn
• Track record of building pipelines and talent communities in fast paced company
• Experience sourcing candidates locally and nationally
• Job is located at the ZeniMax Media corporate headquarters in Rockville, MD (no remote or telecommuting option)
