Supernatural is looking for a Recruiter that will focus on finding the best talent in the immersive media space that is VR fitness. Our Talent Acquisition team is seeking someone who enjoys creatively discovering new talent and making the right connections by sharing mission alignment and creating employer brand awareness for Supernatural.
What you’ll do :
- Source, screen, interview, evaluate, and negotiate offers with candidates primarily in Engineering and Product
- Act as a partner, consultant, and adviser to our management team by developing and driving strategies to recruit talent in a highly competitive market
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers by taking the time to understand their needs, the company’s culture, our business, and expectations in order to identify and hire talent that will thrive
- Manage and communicate key recruiting updates, reporting, and trends to leadership and key partners
- Ensure an impressive candidate experience through communication and timely feedback, as well as interviewer readiness and effective interview formats
- Maintain and improve our applicant tracking system
What you’ll need to be successful :
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and love a challenge
- 3 - 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a technology-focused company
- Experience managing an applicant tracking system
- Quick to learn, thrive with ambiguity, and is able to prioritize and self-manage
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Bonus points if you have:
- Passion and experience hiring for bleeding-edge technologies
- 3 years of experience hiring for technical and gaming positions
- Greenhouse ATS management
- Implemented talent strategies to provide a qualified and diverse candidate pool
- Recruited for a fast pace startup or gaming studios
- Basic knowledge of employment laws
