Job Description In this position you will be a member of the Eyepiece Process R&D team and will be heavily involved in R&D, engineering, and substrate preparation activities. This position will be responsible for coordinating requests and maintaining daily substrate/sample stocks. The candidate will assist engineers in a wet chemical lab environment with execution of experiments and prototype substrate and chemical compatibility testing. The candidate will perform detailed wafer characterization and monitoring using defect inspection tools, contact angle verification, and optical interferometry. Executing set procedures and reporting accurate data related to process development and troubleshooting are mandatory . Candidates must be highly innovative and enjoy working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, dynamic and creative environment within a multidisciplinary team. Physical Requirements/Work Environment This position primarily works in a Class 100 cleanroom environment + a wet chemical lab with acid, ultrasonic, and surface treatment equipment. The employee must be able to suit up and wear cleanroom attire for extended periods. The ability to manually handle glass and Si-type substrates + operate equipment and metrology tools is essential.

US Base Salary Range

$56,764 — $75,177 USD
