QA Project Manager

We’re looking for inspiring QA Project Managers in Poland and Romania to work closely with the QA Manager, and be responsible for the management, growth, and oversight of the QA department.

Becoming part of the Room 8 Group team, you will:
Project Planning
- Implement critical knowledge transfer and communication processes with all teams;
- Define project requirements and deliverables based on scope;
- Plan coverage for projects from initiation through closing states;
- Create test coverage documentation, test execution plans, and metrics reports;
Project Auditing
- Maintain projects within defined schedules and established budgets;
- Maintain regular communication with stakeholders;
- Create weekly status reports and other reports as needed;
- Manage project activities and provide status updates to key stakeholders;
- Manage task-related processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness;
- Manage project deliverables to be completed on time and within quality standards;
- Ensure the achievement of project metrics expectations;
- Monitor capacity planning for assigned projects;
Team Leadership
- Manage QA Test Leads;
- Provide mentoring and career development support to assigned mentees;
- Establish effective working relationships within the department and project team;
- Contribute directly to performance evaluation of assigned individuals;
Fiscal
- Be responsible for adherence to set budgetary limits;
- Ensure the collection of development time estimates and basic cost information.
