ABOUT US
Mountaintop is a new game studio creating multiplayer games for players who crave a challenge. We’re an independent, remote-first studio primarily located in the US and Canada.
We’re creating the types of games that bring people together — and keep them together for “just one more round.” The types of games that inspired us as kids. The games that become our hobbies, and sometimes our obsessions.
Games are a reflection of the teams that make them. So to make the best games, we’re building a studio that puts the team first — one that's collaborative, anti-crunch, diverse, and inclusive.
We’d love for you to join us.
THE ROLE
We’re Looking for an experienced QA Manager who’s passionate about delivering a high-quality player experience. You’ll play a crucial role in bringing our first title to life.
The person joining this role will help us establish our internal QA team as we bring our game to market and as a live service. This role will determine QA practices and procedures, make QA hires, and ultimately define the studio's approach to Quality Assurance.

- Establish the studio's best practices and strategies for FQA and test automation
- Communicating to key stakeholders on QA findings

- Generating weekly bug reports that keep the internal team in sync with the game's current state
- Directly contribute to hands-on testing efforts as needed
- Mentoring and providing career guidance to the members of the internal testing team
- Create and monitor software quality metrics
- Advocate for product quality and player satisfaction
- Collaborate with the engineering team to monitor performance to ensure the product stays within our established budgets and delivers on our performance goals
- Creating a team culture that prides itself on excellence, innovation, trust, and respect
