Day in the Life of a QA Lead at Secret Mode:

As a part of Secret Mode’s QA team, you’ll be responsible for testing games from external development partners and ensuring these live up to and exceed our customers’ high expectations. The QA Lead will work alongside QA Management to assess and report on game quality. You will create and maintain test plans, liaise with development partners and work to build the skills of junior QA team members.

What you need to do this job:

• A proven track record with games and/or software QA testing with some experience in a leadership role

• Excellent leadership and communication skills

• Proactive and self-motivated, identifies problems in advance and presents innovative test approaches

• A detailed understanding of database and bug-tracking software (Azure DevOps, JIRA, etc.)

• Familiarity with multiple gaming platforms and genres

• A very high degree of flexibility and organisational skills

• Experienced games player with the ability to familiarise with game-play elements rapidly
