QA Manager

Description

Moon Active is seeking a highly qualified and dedicated QA Manager to join the Family Island team.

We are looking for a candidate with strong communication and collaboration skills, as well as extensive technical expertise in leadership and quality assurance. As a QA Manager, you will be responsible for working closely with QA Leads to ensure new functionality is properly tested and released.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and improve QA processes, techniques, and methodologies;
• Recruit, mentor, and challenge QA Leads and a QA department of 15+ people;
• Lead, inspire, and motivate team members by setting expectations and leading by example;
• Establish a strong and productive partnership with stakeholders and other business owners;
• Measure success KPIs, track team performance, and report on business impact;
• Occasional visits to Vilnius office.

Requirements

• Experience as a QA Professional (6+ years);
• Leadership experience (4+ years);
• Excellent knowledge of testing methodologies;
• Flexibility, excellent collaboration skills, ability to plan the workload;
• Experience working with Agile teams;
• Good problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
