We are now looking for a QA Lead
As a QA Lead you are a part of our production team and you lead our QA team of six Testers. You provide direct support by testing the implementation of new features, as well as controlling the status of live builds, while supporting the Release Manager and Producers.
Who you are:
As a QA Lead your main tasks and responsibilities are:
- Responsible for the daily workflow of our QA team;
- Create documentation, Daily Handovers and stability reports for transparency to the internal team and external parties, Champion Arrowhead’s JIRA database and workflows;
- Liaison with external QA/QA Leads and Arrowhead Producer(s);
- Communicate with the development team and execute daily bug triages;
- Monitor live builds status and escalate issues;
- Champion best practices for testing, bug reporting, test processes and planning;
- Create and maintain test cases, test plans and produce detailed bug reports;
- Support of developers during every step of production development on the QA efforts.
What you'll do
Do you have experience as a QA Lead and do you recognize yourself in the following skills and requirements?:
- You have at around 1 year of experience as a QA Lead and around 2 to 3 years of experience as a QA Tester;
- You have shipped 1 major video game title being part in the development and working alongside the development teams;
- Great knowledge of PC and consoles (hardware and testing software);
- Experience with game testing and creating test cases, test plans and bug reports;
- Knowledge of QA methodologies (Agile preferred);
- Solid understanding of gameplay mechanics;
- Experience working with bug-trackers such as JIRA;
- Working with international teams and are fluent in English (written and spoken).

Practical Information
Scope: Full-time: 40 hours per week with initial 6 month probation period.
Location: Office first, hybrid solution possible. You need to be eligble to work in Sweden.
