QA Engineer (Customization Blitz)

The Customization Blitz team maintains the online presence of WoT Blitz. We develop services, applications, and tools for WoT Blitz, which are frequently enhanced and updated to meet the growing demands of WoT Blitz.

We are looking for an experienced QA Engineer who is ready to work side by side with the team to achieve established goals, eager to immerse themselves in new projects, and able to implement best testing practices within the team. We will provide you ample opportunity to develop, grow, and put your skills to the test in projects of varying degrees of complexity.

What will you do?

• Maintain testing documentation.
• Conduct functional testing of a number of web services developed by the team.
• Conduct integration testing.
• Collaborate with other departments.
• Participate in releases.

What are we looking for?

• 2+ years experience in testing complex multi-component web applications.
• Understanding of software development processes and the role of testing.
• Understanding of client-server architecture.
• Knowledge of REST api, DBs, amqp, HTTP.
• Basic knowledge of UNIX/Linux (working with the console).
• Good communication skills.
• Diligence, attention to detail, responsibility, teamwork skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Self-motivation and the desire to learn.
• Ability to manage stress.

What additional skills will help you stand out?

• Experience in working with Docker.
• Experience in working with GIT.
• Knowledge of Python and experience in developing testing scripts in any other languages.
