Publishing and Content Coordinator (M/W/NB) - Ketchapp

Job Description

As Publishing & Content Coordinator at Ketchapp, you will integrate our Publishing team with the mission of guiding our partners during the development and publishing of new hits !

• You will plan and follow-up the production of the games in your portfolio from A to Z :
  • Onboarding of the external developers into our pipeline
  • Ideation and definition of the concepts to launch in production based on market analysis
  • Planning of the soft launch steps, and of the live ops updates once the games launched, with the external partners
  • Data-driven feedback and improvement propositions based on key KPIs : gameplay, monetization, UI/UX, marketability…
  • Publishing of the games on the mobile stores, optimization of the game pages and reporting to our partners
• You will guide, in close collaboration with the Business Development team, the developers towards the best market trends :
  • Benchmarking of the competition
  • Identifying of the best practices on the hypercasual market
  • Awareness of all social network trends
• You will incarnate Ketchapp’s core values towards our external partners :
  • Care for developers

  • Shoot for the stars
• You will participate to the contant improvement of our internal and external processes and products :
  • Reporting to the internal and external teams
  • Soft launch and AB testing processes
  • New tools and automation suggestions aiming at optimizing the work of our teams and partners
  • Live Ops follow-up on our old and successful games

Qualifications

After a first significant experience as a project manager and/or game designer in the mobile gaming industry, you wish to join a team that defines itself as ‘serious about fun’.

· You have at least a first experience within the Publishing team of a hypercasual publisher

· You have a good vision on the ecosystem of hypercasual developers

• You have an acute sensitivity on design and user experience
• From Voodoo to Saygames, passing by Kwalee and Ketchapp, your hypercasual culture has no boundaries
• You’re at ease with data analyses and data-driven recommendations, and you know how to adapt your feedback according to the game’s potential and the developer’s experience
• You can multitask
• You peers define you as a very good communicator, and you know how to make your messages impactful with tact
• You’re obviously able to speak English in a professional environment.
• As a bonus : you also speak russian and/or turkish
