The Publisher Relations Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of big/ medium size publishers in the EMEA region. You will manage day-to-day relationships with mobile gaming developers that use Chartboost platform to monetize their apps and grow their business while ensuring the utmost user experience for their players. This is a highly impactful position for the Supply Business EMEA team as you will be responsible for driving growth and strengthening the relationship with our top clients while upselling Chartboost products and features
Impact You Will Make:
- You will take ownership and nurture long term and strong partnerships with mobile gaming developers
- Consistently conduct accurate research and data analysis to identify growth opportunities and optimize your client’s monetization activities
- Lead negotiations with strategic clients that would grow Chartboost footprint in the market
- Be accountable for client satisfaction and leverage our products to drive ROI for our initiatives
- Understand the client’s business goals, anticipate future needs, and help determine ideal solutions
- Manage expectations at all levels and attend/direct client meetings. Demonstrate a consultative approach in addressing client needs
- Collect and disseminate client feedback, product requests and needs to the Product Team with quantifiable impact and justifications based on sound business cases
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Supply Ops, Ad Operations and other internal teams to ensure monetization success and communication
- Liaise with our internal technical teams regarding any highly technical queries, and provide customer support
- Lead trainings to educate clients about our new products and features
- Represent Chartboost at industry conferences and events
Who You Are:
- 3 - 7 years in any of the following roles: Quota-carrying Sales, Business Development, Account Management or Publisher/Developer Relations with a history of growing accounts and achieving revenue targets
- Experience working in the mobile industry preferred, with app and/or game developers and have contacts/clients in the mobile games space.
- Experience working with SDKs, DSP’s, SSPs or other publisher side programmatic platforms.
- Ability to understand and articulate technical products and services to clients
- Must be data-driven and detail-oriented, with strong analytical and negotiation skills
- You are a problem solver, creative thinker, resourceful and with outstanding interpersonal skills
- Every challenge triggers out-of-the-box thinking and “can-do” attitude
- Organized and methodical, with phenomenal communication skills and a consultative approach in addressing client needs
- You drive energy from building strong relationships with clients, you are self-driven and motivated with attention to detail
- You thrive in a collaborative and energetic environment.
- You are comfortable working with quarterly ambitious goals
