Job Title: Promotions Specialist
Job Summary: Supports the promotions team with development, review, and execution of promotions programs in North America and LATAM regions. This individual partners closely with external partners in addition to internal stakeholders to ensure clear communication and flawless execution of marketing programs.

What you’ll do
- Assist in idea generation for consumer centric promotional pitches and concepts to achieve marketing objectives of brand initiatives and products
- Guide current and future promotional partner programs by documenting main brand rules/guardrails for each program and providing examples of past successful programs
- Execute promotional partner programs by reviewing concepts/proposals to ensure alignment based on contract, documented brand rules, and overall business objectives
- Review and track status of marketing collateral with internal and external partners including but not limited to review of TVC, in-store POP, digital advertising, social, etc.
- Create and implement asset archive process for all promotions programs campaign elements
- Maintain, track, and organize partner product and marketing samples
What you’ll bring
- Zero (0) to two (2) years of related professional experience.
- Bachelors degree required.
- Passion to create unique programs that combine Pokémon and partner goals
- Experience working with external partners and able to communicate clearly and troubleshoot challenges diplomatically

- Demonstrable ability to project manage, work cross functionally, and oversee multiple projects with various stakeholders
- While passion for the Pokémon brand is a plus it is not required, however knowledge of and a willingness to learn more about the brand is a must.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
