Responsibilities

• People management;
• Coordination of new functionality delivery (planning new features development, delivery planning, risk management);
• Responsible for team commitment (the scope, timeline and quality);
• Communication with stakeholders; creating good relationship business representatives;
• Ability to challenge existed environment and implement changes;
• Ability to quickly respond to any changes;
• Problems solving in the team: from planning and development to production.

Requirements

• 3 + years of experience in a similar position in the information technology sector
• Understanding of Agile Methodologies
• Strong technical background (experience as developer, QA in automation or any similar roles)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• English: Upper-intermediate or higher
