Job Description
Within the Ubisoft headquarter teams, reporting to the Talent Acquisition & Management Director, you monitor the deployment of our performance management ecosystem (philosophy, processes and tools) so that each employee can reveal his full potential and contribute to the achievement of Ubisoft's long-term ambitions.
- You are the Guardian of Ubisoft's vision and philosophy on these topics
- You are the Conductor of the deployment of this ecosystem and its adoption within all Group entities
- You are the Architect of tools available to employees, managers and HR to make them live from day to day
- You are the Host of the HR community on these topics
Your main objectives :
1. After one year of launching with several pilot subsidiaries, your first objective will be to accelerate and finalize this deployment to all the entities and to ensure that it is well adopted by 100% of the teams.
2. In collaboration with the IT teams, you make the tools available to teams evolve so that they:
- Facilitate the adoption of this new philosophy
- Allow a smooth and efficient management of the teams' monitoring by the managers
- Accelerate the diffusion of a culture of feedback
- Adapt to local constraints and realities, while respecting Ubisoft's performance philosophy
3. You recommend the necessary evolutions (new subjects to address, new tools functionalities, new processes, ...) so that the ecosystem of the performance facilitates the realization of the ambitions of Ubisoft, by boosting not only the individual performance but also the collective performance.
4. You recommend and facilitate the deployment of practices and tools so that any period of integration into a new position becomes a real accelerator of performance and allows employees to be comfortable in their jobs and confident for the future.
5. Finally, you work in collaboration with the CSR team, to ensure that the tools and processes put in place participate in an inclusive work environment conducive to the development of talented teams.
Qualifications
- You are convinced that the success of a company lies in the individual and collective performance of its teams
- You are sensitive to benevolent and innovative managerial practices and are curious about external practices
- Your journey has led you to work for companies recognized for their advanced and innovative HR practices
- You have experience in HR and project management or have made your weapons as a team manager and want to evolve to the HR function
- You have participated and ideally piloted projects of support of the change on perimeters multi-sites and / or of consequent size (+5000 people)
- You are motivated to work on an international scope, you speak fluent English and why not one or more other languages
- You are excited about having the group's HR teams as your primary customer and daily partner
- You are recognized for your abilities to carry out your projects with pedagogy and impact
- You are well-organized and excellent interpersonal skills to pilot and coordinate several simultaneous projects with multiple interlocutors
- You demonstrate humility, agility and a sense of humor
