Your Mission
We are looking for a detail focused Project Manager for our Talent Acquisition team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for project managing complex, standard and non-standard Talent Acquisition programs and projects (TA systems, process improvement, recruiting programs etc.). This position is located at our corporate headquarters in Santa Monica, California, a suburb of the city of Los Angeles.
What you’ll be doing…
- Evaluating, communicating, and project planning complex and non-standard service implementations that meet internal customer requirements, milestones and deadlines, using internal and/or vendor facing project management tools.
- Improving Talent Acquisition Program Execution
- Working with cross functioning teams around process mapping, (current and future state), candidate engagement and hiring processes.
- Proactively communicating expectations and managing implementation processes as they relate to establishing timelines and setting expectations
- Conducting internal customer and external vendor implementation calls, keeping milestone and due dates on track.
- Proactively researching and identifying internal customer needs, and communicating the features and benefits associated with using new systems tools to address specific needs and situations.
- Problem solving and resolving disputes; interacting with other client services team members and departments to provide seamless support to team members.
- Continuously looking for process and workflow improvements and working towards implementing those improvements.
- Coordinating the user testing and sign off process.
- Providing consultation on business and technical analysis to project stakeholders, HR Operations, and enterprise technology team members.
- Providing status reports, keeping management advised of potential problem areas within a project timeline, and escalating any situation that may jeopardize implementation and timelines
- Directing the work necessary to complete project on time to meet or exceed implementation SLA
Player Profile
- A minimum of 2 years relevant Project Management or implementation experience in a service delivery implementation environment.
- Previous ATS (Applicant Tracking System) or CRM (Customer Relationship Management), or CMS (Contact Management System) implementation experience preferred
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Understanding of technology, ability to read and understand technical requirements
- Team player, highly collaborative Ability to manage multiple project/tasks of varying complexities while working well under pressure.
- Ability to solve complex, multi-faceted problems and solid problem-solving skills with proficient attention to detail.
- Ability to work with people of all technical and business backgrounds.
- Ability to work well with people from different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience.
