Project Manager - Corporate Affairs

Job Description
As part of the Corporate Affairs department, the objective of the team is to:
- Manage and represent Ubisoft’s strategic corporate interest related to government, institutional and corporate partners including trade associations and other ecosystem partners.
- Secure optimal environment for the video game sector to develop worldwide, connecting with external partners and promoting the impact of Ubisoft and the video game sector at large.
- Support partnerships and develop programs in line with the company's corporate pillars (Education, Entrepreneurship, R&D, CSR) to foster the development of video game ecosystems.
Main Mission:
This position is to accelerate the capacity of the VP Corporate Affairs by adding support in terms of monitoring, reporting and managing of strategic projects.
Primary responsibilities:
- Managing transversal strategic projects (ex. regulatory issues, tax policies, expansion project, other strategic investments, crisis mgmt, CSR, innovation…).
- Supporting country-specific projects with the existing Corporate Affairs team (ex. growth plan, country-specific challenge analysis, government and/or institutional presentations, etc…).
- Developing tools for better monitoring, reporting & messaging.
In close collaboration with the Corporate Affairs SVP, VPs and the country/zone corporate affairs managers:
- Assist with strategic watch.
- Develop & propose KPI’s and presentations.
- Support strategic projects (as a lead or associate), including:
- Coordination with internal stakeholders and experts
- Analysis and recommendation
- Implementation plan (timeline, communication, budget)
- Prepare regular reporting and presentations to the Corporate Affairs team
Qualifications
The role has a major emphasis on:
- Strategic thinking, anticipation and problem solving;
- Coordination and interpersonal skills;
- Executive communication and attention to details;
- Enthusiasm, sense of commitment;
- Timely production of high-quality reports, analysis, recommendations.
Your profile:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field;
- Perfectly bilingual (french & english);
- a minimum of 10-15 years experience in managing transversal projects;
- You are at your best in a fast-pace industry & adapt rapidly to constantly evolving environment;
- You are familiar with video games (knowledge of the products and its industry).
