The impact you’ll make:

As a Project Manager, you will work alongside a team of supremely talented, creative and proactive content directors, music curators, editors, product leaders, engineers, and marketing team members to build expansive, immersive, and inclusive fitness experiences for the members of our community.

With your expertise, you will manage/own special projects, collaborate cross-functionally, support project development, update/maintain current project plans, and finally, help implement new processes for the content team.

What you’ll do:

• Manage production software, defining milestones, success criteria, resource allocation, and successful results.
• Plan, track and execute the different external projects according to an established timeline.
• Lead and facilitate end to end project milestones and deliverables
• Create/gather the project's documentation and save those in the content repository.
• Weekly report the status of each of the projects that PjM manages.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) assigned to the PjM, and drive cross-functional execution.
• Communicate the content timelines to the internal and cross-functional stakeholders, and gather meeting notes.
• Build presentations and general documentation
• Build meaningful relationships with other PjMs across the organization.
• Able to identify areas for improvement inside the content team and cross-functional project process.
• Develop strategies and processes to improve the team's performance.
• Capable of building internal improvement surveys for constant growth.
• Support internal and external teams when it is required.
• Continuously use the Supernatural app and share areas of improvement.

What you'll need to be successful:

• 3+ years working as a project manager in the entertainment or fitness industry
• Experience in working with Agile methodologies and Scrum Framework
• External or Internal AV production experience or experience in developing content for different platforms such as Oculus, Twitch, Youtube, or film production in general
• Deep experience working the content production pipeline.
• Extensive multi-tasking and prioritization skills – The candidate needs to have experience in moving fast in a very quick-paced environment and possesses the knowledge to be calm in times of high pressure.
• Experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating critical thinking and leadership skills.
• The ideal candidate should have demonstrated attention to detail when documenting workflows, schedules, and trackers.

Bonus Points for:

• PMP or Scrum certification
• Experience working in the fitness industry as a project manager
• Experience working in Agile methodology.
• Experience with Asana, Trello, Airtable, or Jira
