Project Manager, Battlefield

Electronic Art’s internal Creative team aims to ignite players’ imaginations through world-class creative and craftsmanship. Our team consists of storytellers, designers, artists, and innovators. Together we develop the strategic vision of our products, create memorable and distinctive brands, run world-class multi-channel campaigns, and execute innovative global engagement across all player touch points. We’re looking for a creative Project Manager to help us operationalise the end-to-end creative process.
In this dream role you’ll work across creative campaigns for the Battlefield franchise. You will report directly to the Creative Lead, Marketing Copy, within the larger EA SPORTS & Entertainment Creative team.
You will play an instrumental role in the following:
- Manage a variety of marketing creative concepts and design work.
- Work alongside internal strategy, creative and marketing team members to develop treatments and creative responses that inspire our best ideas and executions.
- Collaborate with internal campaign producers to roadmap and plan the execution of creative campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Project scoping: part of the team that defines creative and design project timelines, milestones, stakeholder reviews. Communicate these to the wider business in project planning.
- Project management: oversee creative projects from brief to final concept, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope. Take feedback from stakeholders, streamline the feedback process.
- Relationship management: Cultivate relationships with internal and external partners in the creative process.
- Resourcing: Maintain full visibility of ongoing projects and allocate creative resources to meet project needs.
- Timelines: Manage timelines, track progress, and ensure gates and deadlines are met.
- Reporting: Provide regular project status reports.
- Tools: Build and contribute to project management tools and workflows. Ensure up-to-date data input and accurate reporting of team output within Airtable.
- Roster management: Maintain a detailed external vendor/freelancer base for outsourcing creative work.
Qualifications
- Mid- Senior level experience working at an established level as a creative project manager or producer in-house or at an agency.
- You're able to find consensus among partners and are proficient with a variety of project management tools.
- You are passionate about the industry and the craft behind it.
