Job Description
At Ubisoft's International Headquarters, we are recruiting an Project Manager Officer for the management of Ubisoft Brand Portfolio, a new team whose mandate is to steer the strategy of our brands and game portfolio.
This department of over 110 people is located on 6 sites: Paris, Montpellier, Montreal, San Francisco, Shanghai and Malmö.
In this international context, your missions will be:
1. Coordination and running of office tasks such as :
- Legal and budgetary follow-up
- Management of state subsidy
- Management of external contractors (NDA, contracts, request for proposals...)
- Coordination and follow-up of Licences' purchasings
2. Office Management :
- Office supplies management and purchasing
- On-boarding / Off-boarding
- Physical & Digital office
3. Organization of events;
- Coordinate internal events for up to 200 people;
- Organization of team seminars;
- You are also the driving force behind the creation of moments of exchange and conviviality (digital or physical depending on the evolution of the sanitary crisis) and you are in charge of organizing those events;
4. Assistantship :
- Schedule management ;
- Organization, preparation and follow-up of meetings;
- Logistical support, order and office supply management;
- Accounting follow-up (invoice validation, management of expense reports);
- Travel planning for upper management;
Qualifications
To be successful in this position, you have significant experience at a similar position acquired in an international context, ideally in the entertainment industry.

1/ Structuring projects :
- Set Up dashboards
- Create the project management thread and drive it all the way through
- Plan the project's governance steps
- Take care of all documentation, frame of reference and projects' feedbacks
- Assure the standardisation of everyone's key deliverable
2/ Following projects :
- Monitor closely every steps of the team projects
- Follow the workload, planings and coherence in-between projects
- Monitor performance and risks KPIs (quality, costs, period)
- Prepare and establish all projects status for the weekly meetings of the operational Project & Development team
3/ Soft Skills :
- You are recognized for your interpersonal and communication skills;
- We know you for your rigor, your sense of organization and your autonomy;
- You are resourceful. For you, problems don't exist, only solutions;
- A strong sense of service and confidentiality are key aspects of your personality;
- Since this is an international position, you are bilingual in English;
- You have a perfect command of office tools (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint) and your spelling is impeccable;
- Your enthusiasm will be an undeniable asset for this position;
