Project Coordinator – Marketability Team (F/H/NB)

Job Description

You will join the Brand & Portfolio Management Team, whose mission is to deepen the knowledge of our markets, our consumers and their expectations in order to guide the development of our products and the growth strategy of our brands.

As a member of the Brand & Portfolio Management Team, you will be involved in several missions aimed at ensuring the development, collaboration and performance of the team as well as its influence within Ubisoft.

In this role, your main missions are:

1 - You coordinate sharing and communication within and outside the team:

• You set up sharing and communication routines (regular calls, organization of team meetings, reports, etc.);
• You contribute to the sharing of best practices (marketability tracking, project tracking, competitive intelligence) and facilitate knowledge sharing within and outside the team;
• You create reporting tools and monitor the progress of projects;
• You produce various supports (business or service presentations, budget table follow-up, etc.) in line with the Excellence & Change team.

2 - You carry out cross-functional missions and in-depth analyses:

• You consolidate a game release schedule;
• You organize and coordinate various events organized by the PBM team (for instance Brand Weeks or Brand Summits) or by other teams (Finance Week, etc.);
• You set up and follow up workshops according to needs;
• You are constantly on the lookout for new trends and you propose analyses and recommendations to the teams.

Finally, you occasionally assist the VP on more administrative matters (consolidation of a presentation, management of agendas, etc.).

Qualifications
