Project Collaboration Manager

Job Description

In close collaboration with the CRC Business teams, you will manage the implementation of new collaboration and project management techniques in the CRC, with the focus on implementation of those in dedicated JIRA and Confluence spaces.

As a part of your role, you will become a part of the Project Collaboration Management team, and you will act as a partner to business teams accommodating their needs and requirements that will drive the collaboration in the company. This will include analysing the current processes and coming up with new ideas and improvements in this area.

The role requires passion for project management, excellent communication skills and a great ability to organize and prioritize across a range of projects and requirements.

Mission

• Working on preparation, implementation and rollout of the collaboration strategies and processes across the CRC.
• Working on the implementation of collaboration processes across the CRC.
• Working on the improvements related to the JIRA projects used in the CRC.
• Working on implementation of new strategies related to the use of JIRA and Confluence.
• Monitor and report on the usage of JIRA and Confluence.
• Leading the rollout of new systems and new features to existing systems.
• Organizing communication on evolution of JIRA and Confluence setup and technology.
• Handling various system JIRA and Confluence administration duties.

Qualifications

• Solid project management skills and experience (Agile PM accreditation is a plus)
• Ability to think outside of the box
• Strong collaboration skills to work with multiple stakeholders
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organization & ability prioritize tasks & projects
• Experience working in some capacity with JIRA and Confluence is an advantage
• Curiosity, open-mindedness, reliability and ability to deliver
