Programmatic Yield Manager - Nitro

We are searching far and wide for a Programmatic Yield Manager to help identify, troubleshoot, and enhance revenue from our existing website publishers, delivering more earnings to our clients!

As a Programmatic Yield Manager, you’ll use internal Nitro tools, vendor reporting systems, and market trends to determine the health of the Nitro ecosystem, flag potential opportunities, and advocate for enhanced revenue growth for our publishers. This individual should be hyper-fixated, quickly recognizing patterns and trends to benefit our creators!

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Manage relationships with SSPs, DSPs, and technology providers to improve overall performance for revenue, bid rate, SPO, pricing, carbon emission, and commercial aspects across display and video activities.
• Grasp industry movements and work with SSPs and DSPs to implement new opportunities and industry changes to improve overall performance.
• Monitor and analyze overall performance metrics, identifying opportunities and issues for improvement.
• Plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests to optimize performance.
• Collaborate with tech development, bizdev, and customer teams to implement optimization strategies and achieve business objectives.
• Work independently and creatively to expand SSPs, DSPs, and Nitro’s partnerships.
• Conduct seasonal raids along the coastlines in the company’s longboat.

Requirements

• Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, with the ability to communicate opportunities effectively.
• Experience in direct collaboration between different players within the programmatic advertising ecosystem.
• Experience working with website publishers.
• A great understanding of technology layers such as Prebid, Open Bidding, GAM, APS, CMP, video, and data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in team rowing and/or dual-wielding axes.

Bonus Points:

• Knowledge of the gaming industry and market trends
• Understanding of ad network ecosystem
• Bezerking experience in a naval environment.
