Program Manager - Partner Development

About the Role

As a Program Manager, you will manage the development of essential services that keep the Partnerships team running. You will be focused on working with teams within Partnerships to improve our Partner development program. That covers everything from general account management practices to community growth programs to international Partner education. As the ideal candidate, you can gather feedback from a diverse set of team members, iterating on our roadmap based on that feedback, and seeing projects through to fruition.

You Will:

• Build Partner Development roadmap and scale programs that accommodates the Global Partner base
• Help guide projects involving Product, Onboarding, Partner Conduct and Partner Mass Communications which have a significant impact on the business
• Help develop projects that feed into top line Content goals
• Work with Account Managers and Analytics team to test programs designed to increase customer satisfaction (CSAT), reduce churn and help Partners grow
• Evaluate Account Management workflow to identify and address gaps and inefficiencies and process

You Have:

• 3+ years Program Management experience
• Managed cross-team projects with external requirements
• Excellent Project Management skills, including project planning, milestone tracking and execution
• Extremely detail-oriented and highly organized , with high-level writing skills to aid in document creation
• Experience using data to make decisions and evaluating the impact of those decisions
• Experience with Excel or similar tools (can maintain complex spreadsheets and analyzing data)
• Experience with Salesforce CRM
• Familiarity with the Twitch platform
• Proficient with Jira and Confluence
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
