Program Manager Co-Op (January 2022)

The Sports Central Operations team enables transformation efforts and supports the development of EA SPORTS' strategy.

THE ROLE

EA SPORTS is looking for a Program Manager Co-Op to support program management and multiple operational programs within the EA SPORTS Central Operations team. You will report to the Program Management Director, EA SPORTS – and will support and partner with the EA SPORTS Central Operations team members based in Vancouver.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• You will support and coordination for the following EA SPORTS programs such as: mentoring programs, orientation and onboarding projects, and people development programs
• You will help develop new program plans and roadmaps
• You will help with monitoring program status and metrics
• You will improve documentation and processes
• You will support inclusion and diversity events and projects
• You will provide supports to other central operations projects

QUALIFICATIONS

• Educational background: You are completing a Degree in Business Management or Administration, or related field
• Experience in Program Management or Project Coordination
• Advanced skills in Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) or Business Analytics Tools
