The successful candidate will contribute meaningfully while gaining exposure to all facets of Aristocrat’s global business. You will meet great people and build a foundational understanding of CXS Mobile and Digital Products and the environment in which we thrive. The CXS PMO is a critical component, so you need to be execution and delivery focused with proven leadership skills that allow you to establish a culture of collaboration. Your contribution to the directives of this role will allow the company to be a high-performance environment and deliver a robust and exciting gaming experience to our customers.What You'll Do
- Executive level communication and presence for external partners and customers
- Own the end-to-end implementation oversight of large-scale, cross functional products for high impact customers
- Skillfully navigate the needs of both internal and external customers, finding the optimal balance between executing to Aristocrat’s strategy and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Identify gaps in process and communication and take proactive steps to ensure cross functional alignment
- Understand deliverables and internal timeframes, learn customer needs, and propose installation timeframes that align with that customer need
- Lead and influence a team of diverse stakeholders to deliver a portfolio of projects on time by managing resources, risks, and expectations
- Comfortable planning and adjusting plans in fast paced and fluid work environment
- Propose and drive continuous improvements into PMO and CX organizations from well facilitated lessons learned sessions
- Clearly articulate and escalate as appropriate risks, issues, and customer sentiment while representing the interests of CXS and moving team and project forward
- Communicate flawlessly and succinctly by tailoring information from multiple sources to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged with project progress in a variety of formats
- Present expert level analysis of impact, dependencies, and risk for any project deviations
- Operate comfortably with ambiguity and structure
- Mentor and train team in new processes, tools, and systems
- Facilitate excellent meetings with clear agenda, engaged participants, and identified next steps
- Proactively track action items working with the team to overcome hurdles to keep projects on schedule
- Recognize and resolve blockers to keep team focused
What We're Looking For
- Must be located in Las Vegas and be willing to travel up to 20% of the time onsite with customers
- 8+ years experience in Project/Program management in a global organization with complex software releases, such as ERP or CRM systems
- Extensive experience in full life cycle of project management from initiation through lessons learned and closure
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Exceptional interpersonal, team-building, conflict management, and communication skills
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills
